- 1. Open the Xfinity app on your phone
- 2. Select Security
- 3. Select Advanced Security
- 4. Make sure Advanced Security is turned off
- 5. Select Connect
- 6. Select WiFi networks
- 7. Select Advanced settings
- 8. Select Port Forwarding
- 9. Select Add Port Forward
- 10. Select your device
- 11. Input the port
- 12. Select Next
